Hey, I'm McLaren

Content Creator, Social Media Educator, & Your Event Behind-the-Scenes Bestie

Nice to virtually meet you, I'm McLaren - and yes, I was named after the F1 racing team! I am originally from sunny San Diego, CA and have called Fort Worth, TX my home since 2016. 

I received my BA in History ('19) and Master of Liberal Arts ('21) degrees from Texas Christian University. I have additional certification in Publishing from the University of Denver's Publishing Institute ('19).

During my time at TCU, I joined Gamma Phi Beta sorority and Alpha Phi Omega co-ed service fraternity, and served as president of the TCU Men's Basketball student section committee, Frog Army. I am still an active TCU football season ticket holder and Frog Club donor. Go Frogs!

My personal interests include traveling (I've been to 37 countries!), reading and writing, shopping & styling outfits, playing video games, attending punk and hardcore shows, and my black cat, Bean.
